THING(S) TO LOVE

Walking to the train today, saw an elderly Spanish woman in a (quite apparently) knockoff Baby Yoda t-shirt, which featured just, the merest likeness of Baby Yoda himself surrounded by the text: “WANTED! GROGU. CUTEST BOUNTY EVER.” A superlative garment. The drip was positively off the charts.
Guy in the dog park’s dog was named Squid.
Yesterday, I walked without looking (which is a thing I hate when others do), and nearly crashed into a woman. I said “oh my God I am so sorry” and she said “oh it’s okay” and this, for me, qualified as a Very Nice Moment™. So starved am I for human cordiality.
